Low Carb Recipe : Low Carb Teriyaki Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

* 2 1/2 lb Boneless chuck steak
* 2 tb Oil
* 1 t Ground ginger
* 1/2 c Soy sauce
* 1 tb Splenda
* 1 Clove garlic crushed


Preparation:

1. Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick slices.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Place meat in a crock pot. Pour sauce over.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serves 6
